Notes

Time to cook the bacon:
Cook the bacon for 10-15 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of crispiness. The exact cooking time will depend on the thickness of the bacon and the temperature of your grill.
Grill Temp for Bacon:
The ideal temperature for grilling bacon is between 375-400°F. This temperature range is hot enough to cook the bacon evenly and create a crispy exterior without burning it. Cooking bacon at lower temperatures will result in chewy and undercooked bacon, while higher temperatures can cause the bacon to burn and become overly crisp.

One way to ensure that your grill is at the right temperature is to use an instant-read thermometer. This handy tool can measure the temperature of the grill and the bacon to ensure that everything is cooked to perfection. Simply insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the bacon slice and check the temperature. Once it reaches 165°F, the bacon is safe to eat.
